KMJ Recruiting was founded after years of internal experience leading HR and talent acquisition. Kate Johnson began her career on construction job sites before moving into corporate recruiting and HR leadership.
She saw firsthand how disconnected external recruiters often were from real hiring needs. So, she launched KMJ to bridge that gap. Today, every client solution is built from the perspective of someone who’s been in your seat.
