Kate Johnson, Founder of KMJ Recruiting, LLC holds a degree in Business Management, a Professional in Human Resources Certification and offers 15 years of Human Resources and Talent Management Experience.

KMJ Recruiting has been a long-laid plan of Kate’s. Throughout her time as an in-house Corporate Recruiter, Human Resources Professional and Manager of Talent Acquisition, she often thought about what she would do differently as an external agency recruiter, like the many who reached out to her each day. And now, she’s excited to deliver the service she spent years wishing was available!

Kate believes the best asset a company can invest in is its employees. She loves building out highly profitable, safe and productive project teams! She is looking to build partnerships with her clients. For Kate, recruiting is all about the strategy – working with clients to improve their hiring process – and delivering results.

Originally from Staten Island, NY, Kate currently resides in Monmouth County, NJ with her husband and their two young daughters. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and coaching her daughter’s basketball team (and cheering the girls on from the sidelines in softball and soccer!).
