Candidate Placement

 

Allow KMJ to help your team to attract and engage the best talent for your openings. We will handle full cycle recruiting for your open position. We will schedule an in-take call so we can learn more about your company and the position you are looking to fill. Then, we will begin sourcing top talent for the role. KMJ will assist with coordinating interviews and handle all communication with candidate. If you would like to extend an offer, KMJ will provide guidance on compensation package and assist as needed to allow for smooth on-boarding. Fee structure to be agreed upon depending on position and number of placements.

KMJ will make the appropriate introductions for your targeted companies and help guide you through the recruiting process. There is no cost to job seekers. We look forward to adding you to our network!

Sourcing and Lead Generation

 

Our favorite service! A Sourcing and Lead Generation Subscription allows KMJ to truly partner with your internal hiring team to attract top talent to your organization. We will act as your “in-house” sourcer, without you having to hire and train one. Subscription includes bi-weekly recruiting strategy meetings where you tell us what sourcing projects you would like completed, targeted companies you would like us to pull from, leads you would like us to chase. Our candidate/market research is yours to keep. At your discretion, we can advertise openings on our social media as well to increase outreach. 3, 6 and 12 month contracts available, pricing varies by duration.

Job Seeker Coaching

 

Need assistance navigating LinkedIn? Overwhelmed by tedious applications? Nervous about your upcoming interview? KMJ has you covered! Tell us where you need support and we will develop an individual training plan based on your needs. $100 per training hour after free consultation.

Training for Hiring Teams

 

KMJ will train your interview teams on the do’s and don’ts of the hiring process. We can provide a generic training or work with you to customize based on your companies specific interview process. Pricing will vary based on number of attendees and level of customization. Please contact us for details.

Recruiting Workflow Consultation

 

Does your recruiting process need a makeover? KMJ would love to guide you through updating your current systems. Our Founder has extensive experience implementing Applicant Tracking Systems and other Recruiting tools and she thoroughly enjoys figuring out ways to work smarter. $150 per consultation hour.
